Our Design Process
  • Our design process begins with a complimentary online proposal. You share your inspiration, guest count, and ideal budget , we’ll return a clear, transparent quote tailored to your vision. From there, every design element is curated collaboratively until your event feels unmistakably you.

  • Quotes are flexible and can be modified anytime up to 20 days prior to your event. We understand that details evolve — we adjust alongside you

  • A signed service agreement and a retainer confirm your booking and lock in your event date in our calendar.

  • o design intentionally, we need the full picture — entertainment, menu style, dress code, stationery, graphics, and any unique details. Everything ties into the overall atmosphere we’re curating.

  • Around three months before your event, we host a detailed design consultation. You’ll receive an in-depth visual board mapping the entire event and a showroom guest table mock-up to experience your design in person. Can’t attend? We can present it all virtually.

  • Your final quote is sent once your floor plan and guest list are finalized, ensuring accuracy for every design and rental element.

  • All balances are due eight business days prior to your event date.

  • Yes. From your first proposal to the final presentation, we can manage the entire process electronically — ideal for out-of-town clients or busy schedules.

  • Completely. Every quote includes a detailed breakdown of design, florals, rentals, and production so you know exactly where your investment goes.

  • We prefer email over phone for clarity and written accuracy. This ensures every request, change, and idea is documented throughout your design journey.
