How soon will I hear back after submitting the contact form?

We reply to all inquiries within five business days. Messages received Friday through Monday are reviewed starting Tuesday.

Can I schedule a studio consultation?

Yes. Studio visits at our Vaughan location are by appointment only. Once we receive your inquiry, we’ll coordinate a time that fits your schedule.

What information should I include in my inquiry?

Please share your event date, location, estimated guest count, and an overview of your vision or theme. The more detail you provide, the better we can tailor your proposal.
