Showroom Visit for Hands-On Experience: Inviting you to our showroom for a full guest table mock-up meeting is an invaluable step in the design process. This hands-on experience enables you to see and feel the quality of the materials, get a sense of the overall ambiance, and make informed decisions about the final design. 04. FINAL DETAILS SESSION
Pre-Event Details: Logistics, Finalizing Floral, and Styling Items
To ensure everything runs smoothly and meets your expectations, we will schedule a final details session 3-5 weeks prior to your event via call, zoom, or in person.
Logistics:
During the final details session, we will go over all the logistical aspects and fine-tune the event plan. This will include:
1. Venue Layout: We'll discuss the arrangement and setup of seating, stage, lighting, and any other specific requirements you may have. This will help us ensure that the overall design and flow of the event space align with your vision.
2. Timeline: We will review the event timeline, covering everything from the arrival of guests to the grand finale. By finalizing the schedule, we can guarantee a seamless transition between different segments, maximizing the attendees' experience.
3. Vendor Coordination: If you have any external vendors involved, such as caterers or entertainment, we will verify the details and confirm their respective roles and responsibilities.
